Blemished? Yes.

     Yes, blemishes can leave scars, but scars build character. It isn't hard to imagine that many people feel blemished or imperfect when they find out they are BRCA Positive +, but please answer this: Did you ever know anybody who really actually was perfect?
There is nobody perfect out there so the answer to that question would be no. Yes, blemishes are never desired, but they heal to reveal the beautiful people that ly beneath. Beauty can be taken from this experience. A new appreciation for life is beautiful. Honesty is beautiful. Emotion is beautiful. Everybody has genetics, and some have genetics problems. This doesn't make those people any less human. If anything, it reveals their more real human nature. Blemishes and scars heal. People heal too. Healing is not impossible, but I promise will take time. That doesn't mean healing won't happen. Blemishes can be beautiful, though. Blemishes and scars make each person different. These things play a role in identity. Don't hide your identity, but be proud of who you are and what scars you are defeating.
